As work progresses it may be necessary to change the estimate because
of added work not discussed at an earlier time. TGCS will make
every effort to renegotiate a mutually beneficial contract with
you.
All images, code, copy (text), and planning notes are the property
of TGCS until payment in full is received. Therefore, anything
that we have edited, modified or created for your project is copyrighted
by TGCS until full payment is received. At that time, ownership
and copyrights will be turned over to you.
TGCS guarantees that the job is not done, and the work is not complete
until you are completely satisfied. Your 100% satisfaction is our
